* Complete administration *
The first App where freelancers can finally track their hours and expenses in a very user-friendly way. You can create clients and projects and track hours for each, including driving costs or other costs like lunch/hotel. You can create specific activities with their own hourly rate if necessary to create registrations even more quickly.
You can also track all your expenses, for example when you buy a new computer, and even take a photo of the invoice. This way you can have a complete administration & bookkeeping for all your clients and your own expenses. All data is synchronized perfectly with iCloud so you can use your iPhone and/or iPad as well.
* Overviews *
You can create very specific summaries & overviews of all your registrations or expenses, based on clients and project(s). You can use these overviews to immediately create an invoice for your client and email or print it, including customized text and your company logo. Of course you can also export these overviews to PDF, CSV for Excel, .doc for Word or any other program you would like to use!
* Timer/stopwatch *
Do you want track your worked hours to the minute? Simply press Start when you begin working and Stop when you're done, and you can even press Pause when you are interrupted in between. When you stop working you can immediately complete the registration with the hours & minutes already filled in for you.
